Routine planner

A daily routine planner for the days that don’t go to plan.

A routine works until the first thing runs late. Then the morning slides, the workout gets skipped, and the evening plan is fiction. Habyss is a routine planner that expects this: your habits, tasks, meals and calendar events share one timeline, and when something runs over, the rest of the day moves to make room.

One timeline for the whole day

Wake-up, the morning routine, deep work, meals, meetings from your iPhone calendar, the gym, wind-down, bedtime. Habyss lays them out in order, so you can see the day as it will actually happen, not as a list of things you hope to fit in.

When you run late, the day replans

Meals, calendar events, wake-up and bedtime stay where they are. Everything else fills in around them: the most urgent first, and hard work in the hours you are sharpest. If there still isn’t room, items are cut short, never below 10 minutes, and anything that can’t fit is listed separately, so nothing silently disappears.

Today’s 3: a routine with a finish line

Each morning you promise yourself three tasks, or up to five. Keep them all and the day counts as perfect. A short list you finish beats a long list you abandon, and it is the habit that the rest of your routine is built around.

Focus sessions inside the routine

Start a focus session from the timeline and Habyss blocks the apps you chose, through Apple’s Screen Time, until the session ends. Your focus time is counted by day and by week.

A weekly review that tells you the truth

At the end of the week Habyss shows what held, what got harder, where you bounced back and what kept getting in the way, then suggests one or two things to try next week. Every number is counted from what you actually did.

Questions

Can Habyss plan my morning routine?

Yes. Add each part of your morning as a habit at a time, and it appears on your timeline every day it repeats, in order, with reminders.

Does it work with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, if the account is added to your iPhone’s Calendar app. Habyss reads those events on the phone and plans around them. It is off until you turn it on.

What happens to a task I didn’t finish?

It moves. Habyss reschedules it by urgency and difficulty instead of leaving it overdue at the top of a list.
