Self-improvement
Self-improvement you can see, one kept promise at a time.
Self-improvement rarely fails for lack of motivation. It fails because progress is invisible for weeks, and one bad day feels like proof that nothing changed. Habyss is a self-improvement app that makes every kept promise count, so the climb is visible from day one.
Start from Lost
Everyone starts at the first rank, Lost, with 0 Marks. Ten ranks later is Eternal. Adding a task earns 2 Marks, keeping it earns 10, missing it costs 4. It is honest scoring: small enough that one day can’t make you, big enough that a month of days does.
Goals with a date on them
Set a goal, such as “Run 21 km by January 1”, and Habyss shows where you are against where you should be by now. Your habits and tasks feed it, so the goal is a result of the days, not a wish next to them.
Echo, a coach that knows your patterns
Echo notices when you tend to slip, which habits stick, and which hours you do your best work. It runs on your iPhone: nothing you write is sent to an AI company. Pick how it talks to you: Friendly, Normal, Dad Mode or Bully Mode.
Sleep counts
With your permission, Habyss reads your sleep from Apple Health. A night that reaches your sleep goal earns 20 Marks the next morning, because rest is part of discipline, not a break from it.
Built for the day after a bad day
Missed tasks are moved, not deleted. A streak freeze saves the run. Friends can help. The point of Habyss is that falling is part of the story, and climbing back out is the part that counts.
Questions
Is Habyss a gamified habit tracker?
Yes, in a measured way: Marks, ten ranks, leagues and a perfect-day multiplier up to ×10. The scoring rewards keeping promises, not opening the app.
Does the AI coach read my data on a server?
No. Echo runs on your iPhone, using Apple Intelligence where your phone supports it or a model you download. Nothing you write is sent to an AI service.
